In 2011, with many other people and organizations, we participated in the birth of something new in the Great South American Chaco.
It took us two years to understand what and how:
We wanted to build a sustainable company that leveraged the development of marginalized rural areas.
We wanted to do it together, articulating public bodies with the private sector.
Being able to change paradigms building a sustainable future.
So in 2013 we made a decision without much information but with our whole hearts...
Matriarca is born in response to a market's need to solve the coordination of the network of production and sustainable consumption of various groups in rural areas.
